Delivery, service and returns.

A component order below$200 has a$9.95 delivery line; delivery is included at a merchandise subtotal of$200 or above. Welcome savings do not alter that threshold. The current total appears before the final submission.

Use a complete delivery address, recipient and postal code. The recorded address belongs to that selection; revise it before final review if any part is incomplete.

For an incorrect or damaged component, contact support@pondcascade.shop with the reference and item name before installation. Keep the packaging and do not energise damaged equipment.

Ask for return instructions before sending a pump or electrical part. Drain and clean equipment as instructed, and do not return a water-filled pump or unprotected cable. Compatibility questions are easier to resolve before installation.
